2. Mystery Box Purchases
Mystery boxes are sold in various tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond).
Each purchase provides tokens (virtual rewards) and a physical product, randomly selected from the curated list for that tier.
Purchases are final and non-refundable except as mentioned in our Refund Policy.
3. Tokens & Wallet
Tokens earned from purchases and referrals will be credited to your wallet instantly.
Tokens used for rewards or withdrawals are subject to referral milestones and eligibility checks.
Tokens are not legal tender and hold no intrinsic monetary value outside the platform.
4. Referral Program
Users may invite friends using referral codes or links.
Withdrawal eligibility requires a minimum of 5 referred users and combined purchases equal to 5× your own box value.
Fraudulent referrals or self-referrals will lead to permanent account suspension.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed only when eligibility conditions are met.
Payments are made via UPI/Bank Transfer and may be subject to TDS or applicable taxes.
Admin reserves the right to review and approve withdrawal requests.
6. Rewards & Milestones
Bonuses and milestone rewards are subject to stock availability.
The company reserves the right to replace rewards of equal or higher value.
7. Shipping of Products
Physical products are shipped through third-party logistics partners.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit, but we will assist with tracking and resolution.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use fake accounts or identities.
Manipulate the referral system.
Reverse engineer, tamper, or misuse the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, lost profits, or failed deliveries, except as required by law.
